Declan Holmes

Declan is a physicist and a science communicator with a passion for teaching, research and using the latest technology to enhance education.

With a background in experimental physics, Declan has been performing STEM shows for the last 20 years. He encourages over 300 students a week to take up science and trains teachers on how to make science exciting. Declan is a climate ambassador and is working with the community of Newport to install solar panels and move to more sustainable transport. His STEM workshops include areas such as rockets, robots, maths and Artificial Intelligence.
